6 MINUTE HALLOWEEN WORKOUT
It's one day closer to Halloween, and we are so busy perfecting our costumes and buying candy, that it's getting difficult to find time for exercise. That's why we've started doing this 6-minute Halloween workout to squeeze in a little movement. The best part is, if you can squeeze it in five times a day, you're still getting your #30minuteswith30Fifteen!
