WORKOUT WHILE YOU BINGE

Netflix has had a hold over us lately. Really, with the entire series of Friends available to stream, who wouldn't be? Actually, the Netflix binging is starting to become a real problem for some of us, and if you too are missing the occasional spin class to satisfy your Netflix needs, we came up with some solutions to fit in some fitness. Obviously, Netflix binge time is practically sacred, so we aren't going to be posting about any exercise that's overly demanding - just some things to get you up and keep that blood flowing. After all, if your blood flows, your energy flows, and if your energy is up, that means you can binge longer. These exercises are great to squeeze in during opening title sequences and closing credits, because everyone knows how to do them, and they don't require any crazy equipment.

30Fifteen-elbow-planks

Elbow Planks
Fire up that core with some elbow planks, and you know what? While you're at it, you may as well try some other plank variations. Side planks. Full planks. Plank with a lifted leg. The possibilities are virtually endless when it comes to building your core while watching the tube.

30Fifteen-jumping-jacks

Jumping Jacks
A high school P.E. favorite, jumping jacks are great for a quick burst of cardio to get your heart pumping. Not to mention, they are totally fun. Just remember, if you're late night binging and live on an upper floor, jumping jacks could be super annoying to your downstairs neighbors.

Sure, there are more exciting things in the world, but we're always pretty stoked when we can strengthen our arms and shoulders while binging Stranger Things. It's the little things in life.

Obviously, these little workouts aren't as beneficial as a day on the court, but at least this way the guilty pleasure of endless Netflix binging is a little less guilty. Not that you should ever be guilty for indulging in a little you time, as you most certainly should not.
