It’s Monday...again. Before you get discouraged, get motivated! Mondays mean it’s the start of a new week, and possibly a new you! We have all said, “I’ll start on Monday” and guess what? It’s Monday. It’s the perfect time to check out new fitness classes, gyms or clubs and hit the grocery store for fresh food. You don’t necessarily have to jump all in on your health journey today, you can take it step by step. Start by going for a 30 minute walk or cooking up a healthy dinner tonight.
