Jan 1st, you made a resolution to do more cardio, brought new trainers and a Fitbit to motivate you but now it's the middle of January and it's dark when you wake up and dark when you leave work, and well, it's COLD!

1) BOXING: Full body workout: Cardio + Strength (added bonus you get that anger out). Google your nearest boxing studio or your gym may offer this too!
2) HOT YOGA: Full body workout: Cardio + Flexibility + Strength (Not a Bikram fan? No worries google studios that offer Vinyasa style classes in the heat).
3) INDOOR TENNIS: Cardio + Strength. (added bonus is this option is so social, make new friends while you feel the burn)! Google Cardio Tennis, most Indoor courts run this as a class option in those winter months!
