TO THE BAR OR BARRE CLASS?
It's the middle of the week, and the holidays are approaching... making a decision about going that Barre Class or hitting the bar instead is legit a HARD decision....
We suggest making a Pro and Con's list. How will it make you feel if you miss the class, how will it make you feel if you have a cocktail? Could you do both? Only YOU know the answers. If you're a Type A - Know that you can totally take a day off- your body actually needs it as much as it does the workout, but if you're pron to skipping class know that the hardest part is getting there. Usually the workout is never as scary/hard as you imagined in your head!
