FRUIT SMOOTHIES FOR THE OLYMPIAN IN YOU!
In honor of the 2016 Olympics, the 30Fifteen team has been obsessed with all things Brazilian, ESPECIALLY their amazing fruit! When we think of Brazilian fruits, we think Acai, Bananas, Passion Fruit, Mango and Pineapple. Tropical and delicious!
Here are a few Brazilian fruit smoothies to snack on while you watch the Rio Olympics:
Brazilian Berry Smoothie
1 cup frozen whole Acai berries
1/2 cup apple juice
1 mango: quartered
Brazilian Passion Fruit & Mango Smoothie
1 Mango peeled and quartered
1/2 cup of passion fruit juice
1/2 cup of coconut water
1/4 cup PlainGreek yoghurt
1/4 Cup of ice cubes
Tropical Raspberry Smoothie
1/2 a cup of pineapple, peeled, cored, eyes removed and chopped into chunks
1/2 cup of ripe mango, peeled, stoned and chopped into chunks
1/4 cup of water
1/4 cup of raspberries
