5 REASONS YOU SHOULD BE HAPPY
Life can be such a pain in the glutes, and sometimes we become so swept up in the trivial frustrations that we forget about our own happiness. So, the 30Fifteen put together a list of 5 reasons you should be happy.
1) You have people who love you.
Who do you love the most in life? This is the place to start when looking for a reason to be happy because chances are, these people love you just as much as you love them! With all that love, there's no reason not to be happy, so put on a smile, and always remember that when all else fails, WE love you!
2) You're alive.
Which is something that gets taken for granted. Of COURSE you're alive! Isn't that obvious? Life is fleeting though, so fully embrace the fact that you are indeed alive. Don't take it for granted by filling your life with anything but love and happiness.
3) The little details.
Speaking of things getting taken for granted, sometimes the littlest things are a big source of happiness in life. That first cup of coffee in the morning. Post workout endorphin rushes. Getting an extra hour of sleep. Be more aware of these seemingly insignificant moments.
4) Life is totally out of control!
Things change so quickly and often dramatically, and while that can be completely terrifying at times, there's no stopping this change. Luckily, we DO have control over how we approach the wild ride that is life. So, choose to be happy! Trust us, its much better than constantly fretting over the small stuff.
5) It can actually improve your productivity AND your health!
If you have an optimistic attitude, you're going to be way more productive than an unhappy person who is likely focusing their energy on worrying or complaining about how life isn't fair. Happiness can even improve your health! Happier people have stronger immune systems.
