YUMMY SPINACH CHICKEN POMEGRANATE SALAD

Take your chicken breast out the night before, and marinate it in your Italian dressing. We like to use something low in fat. Let it marinate in the refrigerator over night.
Pan fry your chicken (or grill for an added, charred flavor profile), and then slice or dice it into bite sized pieces.
In a bowl, place your freshly washed spinach, pomegranate arils, and chicken, and then toss the ingredients together with an equal mixture of olive oil and lemon juice to taste.
Here's a little secret: add avocado to take this salad into the stratosphere! Enjoy!
