NEW YEAR CHECKUP
We’re just over halfway through January, and we wanted to take a moment to check up on everyone’s New Year resolutions. Have you moved closer to your goal? It’s still early in the year, so you may not be seeing huge results just yet, but don’t let that discourage you. The results will come. Here are a few quick New Year resolution check-up tips that will help you keep your resolution going strong throughout the rest of 2017.
1) Review constantly.
Keep track of all progress and accomplishments throughout the year. Consider writing them down or taking photographs to document the positive change you are enacting.
2) Have a support system.
As you know, you’ll always have the 30Fiffteen Team as your cheerleaders, but it will help you maintain your resolution even more if you have a support system around you to keep you accountable and on track!
3) Don’t forget, you can always start again.
Gone off track? Take a tip from Hollywood and simply reboot! The best way to implement lasting change is to stay fiercely dedicated – even on the days that don’t go your way!
