TIPS TO BOOST YOUR CONFIDENCE
The world is a crazy place, and sometimes, we just need a little extra confidence to keep us going. Here are a few easy ways to give yourself a confidence boost, so you can continue being the most awesome version of yourself!
1) Pump up the volume on your favorite playlist! Maybe sing along, or dance like no one is watching!
2) Remind yourself you’ve totally got this, because you totally do. You’re probably just overthinking things.
3) Call your best friend, or your mom, or your grandma. Whoever you confide in when you’re feeling down on yourself, go give them a call.
4) Hit the gym. You could be one yoga class away from a better mood. If you get your endorphins pumping, you’re bound to feel more confident in no time.
5) Stand in a superhero stance. Seriously. Stand tall with your hands on your hips, and you’ll project an image of power. Even if you don’t feel confident or powerful, fake it ‘til you make it.
6) Give yourself a spa day. Sometimes all it takes is a mani/pedi to leave you feeling fresh and confident.
