Smoothies are the best on-the-go breakfast, and on this busy Saturday, we're totally digging this smoothie recipe. It’s full of protein and antioxidants, making delicious and nourishing. Call it Smoothie Saturday, if you will:

Here's what you'll need:
1 Banana
1 Handful of spinach
1 Cup of blueberries
½ Avocado
Coconut water

Here’s how to do it:
Blend it all together. Save the other half of your avocado for tomorrow’s toast. Enjoy!
