30Fifteen chicken burrito bowl healthy dinner recipe

Chicken Burrito Bowl (L.A. Offices favorite)
It’s a salad with a burrito flair! Not to mention, it’s super healthy and totally delicious.

What you’ll need:
Grilled Chicken
Romaine Lettuce
Corn
Black Beans
Avocado
Tomato
Red Onion
Cilantro
Toss with a little lime juice

30Fifteen healthy omelette recipe

Broccoli and Spinach Omelette (Emily's go-to)
If breakfast for dinner is wrong, we don’t want to be right. This omelette is super easy to make and takes almost no time at all.

What you’ll need:
Broccoli
Spinach
Eggs
Wheat Bread (for toast, of course!)

Start by preparing the eggs for an omelette. You’ll beat two of them, with a couple tablespoons of water and some salt and pepper until totally blended. Over a medium to high heat, melt some butter, so the eggs don’t stick to the pan when you pour them in. Cover the pan, while you stir fry broccoli and spinach in a separate pan. Once the eggs are cooked all the way through, with no visible liquid egg, place the filling in the omelette and fold the egg over the top. Toast some bread, and there you have it! Tasty, healthy Broccoli and Spinach Omelette.
