HEALTHY LUNCH OPTIONS

Struggle with keeping your lunches healthy and interesting? Yeah, we're right there with you! It can be hard to get organized and prep a healthy lunch! Especially during the work week! It's even harder to keep it interesting! 
Here are some of our go to healthy lunches - that might we just add- are super easy! 

30Fifteen Healthy Lunch Options

Recipe One (seen a lot in our UK offices)
What you'll need.
Tuna (small can)
Celery (three sticks chopped)
Cucumber (chopped)
Quinoa (one portion size - read the back of the packet)

Cook the quinoa let it cool. Then toss all the ingredients into a bowl and mix together. We like to add Sriracha for flavor, but feel free to add any of your fav seasoning to finish & enjoy!

Recipe Two (Emily's go too)
What you'll need. 
Hard boiled egg
Sliced turkey (rip up into small chunks),
Lettuce (or salad mix)
Brown rice (one portion size - see back of the packet-cooked, but cold)  
Sriracha and pepper for additional flavor

Gather all the ingredients together and mix in a bowl!

Recipe Three (LA offices are a little more creative). 
Spinach
Chicken breast (grilled or baked)
Half an avocado
Red onion
Six Strawberries (chopped)
Salt and pepper to taste
Handful of roasted almonds
Feta Cheese
Vinaigrette

Combine all the spinach, chicken, avocado, red onion and strawberries together, then add the salt and pepper, top with roasted almonds, feta cheese, and Balsamic Vinaigrette.
