High in protein, potassium, and flavor, today’s Smoothie Saturday recipe just might be our favorite post workout smoothie so far.

Here’s what you’ll need:

Blueberries
Banana
Peanut Butter
Protein Powder
Almond Milk

*Note. If you're not a fan of Banana's, substitute it with half an avocado.
