SMOOTHIE SATURDAY: STRAWBERRIES AND CREAM
It's not quite as good as the strawberries and cream served at Wimbledon right now, but it certainly is tasty. Feel free to toss in a bit of vanilla protein powder if you're planning on using it as a post workout smoothie.
Here's what you'll need:
Vanilla Greek yogurt
Honey (preferably Manduka) optional
Blend, and then top with a splash of coconut milk for added creaminess.
