It’s July - JULY! This year really is whizzing by. When you look at what you’ve accomplished in the year it can inspire you or leave you feeling down. Whatever emotion it brings up; today is a brand new day, and we’re in a brand new month. Turn your year around or keep is soaring, by getting your planning done correctly.

We’ve talked a lot about setting goals on our blog, but we haven’t ever discussed the personal goal setting technique SMART.

There are a lot of variants but usually SMART stands for:

S - Specific
M - Measurable
A - Attainable
R - Relevant
T - Time bound

When you’re setting goals, you want to be positive. Get yourself in a mindset that BELIEVES these goals are going to happen, be precise, set priorities especially if you have a lot of goals, it will stop you from feeling overwhelmed.

Remember, when you’ve achieved a goal to celebrate it!
