STAY HYDRATED WITH THESE FRUIT INFUSED WATERS

Staying hydrated in the summer heat is one of the most important things you can do to keep healthy. How much water you need to be drinking depends on a variety of factors including weight and climate, but the average amount of water you should be drinking is about 2.2 – 3 L of water a day – and the hotter it is, the more water you need. So, to keep things interesting, we like to infuse our water with a little fruit for added flavor.
