YOU DON'T ALWAYS HAVE TO SAY 'YES'

You are allowed to say ‘no.’ It’s a very popular thing to tell people ‘say yes more’ or ‘you should be more open to saying yes.’ Well, we’re here to tell you that you don’t have to, because saying ‘yes’ too often can be totally draining.
